The Cosgrave Company processes and prepares a great number of orders for shipment each day. We partner with UPS and USPS as our third-party delivery sources. We select the partner at our discretion to process your order in a timely and efficient manner. Most orders ship daily, Monday – Friday, from our warehouse in Omaha, Nebraska.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, there has been delays in all our logistics. If you require delivery by a certain date, please let us know and we will do everything in our power to ensure your timely delivery. If you need something expedited you may want to select UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd day, to request your order be shipped in a specific timeframe. However, please note, UPS has a disclaimer on their standard “Service Guarantee”. These delays and policy shifts are out of our control.

Most *Online Orders qualify for FREE SHIPPING when the order is more than $200. Exceptions do apply. These orders are shipped with standard ground delivery. If you want to know what your shipping charges will be, proceed to checkout to see the cost for the items currently in your shopping cart. Note: These are the costs that are charged for orders placed online only.
*Items that are unusually heavy or large do not qualify for free freight. Items shipping internationally do not qualify for free freight. Items shipping to you from Europe do not qualify for free freight. Items with temporary surcharges due to COVID-19 do not qualify for free freight. You will be advised when your order is processed if it does not qualify and what the shipping cost will be prior to your order being shipped. CANDLES, FURNITURE, APPOINTMENTS and large STATUES are a few of the catagories that do NOT qualify for free freight.
The Cosgrave Company is dedicated to serving you with our speedy and accurate service. If your Online order is received Monday – Friday by 1 pm CST and is in stock, we will process that shipment the same day!
In a HURRY? Simply select an expedited delivery option during checkout. Keep in mind, orders submitted after 1 pm Monday - Friday and orders submitted on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Expedited orders are subject to in-stock availability and payment verification. Some restrictions apply. Please advise us of any special concerns or questions about your delivery in our “Comments” section during Checkout. We will reach out to you promptly.
PICK UP IN Omaha
If you would like to pick your order up in our showroom in Omaha simply select “In Store Pickup” for your shipping option.
