It is meant to convey the idea that people of all countries, races, languages and tribes come together as one in the communion, through and in the faith in Jesus Christ. The crosses refer to Ex. 28:12 and 28:29, where is mentioned the names of the twelve tribes of Israel should be written on the shoulders of the vestment of Aaron and Moses. Twelve is also the number of fullness and of the twelve apostles. For this design, twelve Celtic crosses have been used.
